Urban Cowboy Lodge

Overview

I had the opportunity to capture the rustic charm and untamed beauty of Urban Cowboy Lodge, a retreat where nature meets design. The goal was to craft a visually immersive experience that highlights the lodge’s unique atmosphere—blending modern luxury with the raw, untouched wilderness of the Catskills.

Challenges & Approach

The challenge was to balance the natural, organic feel of the lodge with a cinematic aesthetic that evokes warmth, adventure, and escape. Shot on the Sony A7SII with a Canon 24-70mm f2.8 L II, I used natural light to enhance the rich textures of the interiors and the sweeping landscapes surrounding the lodge. The approach was to create a dreamlike, intimate visual journey—allowing viewers to feel as if they’ve stepped into a secluded mountain retreat.

The final video delivers a visually rich and atmospheric showcase of Urban Cowboy Lodge. With sweeping landscape shots, cozy interior details, and cinematic storytelling, the piece captures the essence of escape and adventure. This project, produced under RIME Prod. by Emir Khuchashev, stands as a testament to the art of visual storytelling—where every frame invites viewers to experience the magic of the lodge.
